• Within Nairobi:
  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

• Outside Nairobi:
  For locations outside Nairobi, orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Rates

Our delivery fees are calculated based on location. Kindly note that shipping rates may vary depending on the distance from the nearest accessible road or delivery complexity. Any changes will be communicated before dispatch.
