Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

All purchases are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 2 days from the ship date.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Accessories must be in their original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).

Once we have received your order and have completed processing your return, a refund will take approximately 5-10 business days to your original mode of payment.

 If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 2 days of your original purchase to let us know that you wish to do so, and indicate the size you prefer.

All sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

The customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping the items back to us including shipping costs, duties, customs, or taxes. 

 Our Sales Associate will assist you and your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.
